Luna is operated by Gambix. “You” is the organization that holds the account, not the individual who happens to be signed in. Whoever accepts these terms confirms they may do so for that organization.

Access to Luna on the plan you choose, for the limits published on the pricing page. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Your organization's first Core subscription starts with a 14-day free trial: Stripe takes a card at the start, charges nothing during the trial, and bills the monthly price when it ends unless you cancel first. There is no setup fee.

Cancel whenever you like; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month, and we do not make you telephone anyone to leave.

You keep every right in the sites, catalogues, analytics and content you connect. You grant Gambix permission to process it only to provide Luna to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.

What is collected and who else can see it is set out on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

Connect only accounts and sites you are entitled to connect. Do not use Luna to attack, scrape or overload someone else’s site, and do not attempt to reach another customer’s data. Do not resell access without asking us first.

Luna measures and advises. It reports what search engines and answer engines show, and ranks what to change. It does not guarantee any ranking, any traffic, any revenue, or that an AI assistant will mention you. Anyone promising otherwise is selling something else.

Luna reads third-party services — Google, Shopify, answer engines — and cannot be responsible for their availability, or for how their results change.

We aim for Luna to be available whenever you need it, and we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. When that changes it will be stated here rather than implied.

To the extent the law allows, Gambix’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is not paid for, or that is being used to harm someone else, and will tell you why. On closure your data is deleted as described in the privacy page.

If these terms change materially, we will tell you in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Luna after that is acceptance.
